Many people, especially the elderly and others, struggle with knee pain, which can have various causes. The most common symptoms are swelling (effusion), limited extension and flexion, inflammation, and elevated knee temperature. Restriction of knee extension leads to continuous work of the gastrocnemius and anterior thigh muscles. Additionally, weight is shifted to the other leg, causing asymmetrical tension in the erector spinae muscles in the lumbar region, which, in turn, can result in scoliosis. The constant work of the calf and thigh muscles leads to excessive tension and fatigue. Therefore, it is recommended to apply relaxing and lymphatic massages to alkalize the muscles and remove toxins from the injured leg. Using a rolling massage machine like the Roll Magic allows you to control the pain areas, intensity, pressure, and rotational speed of the massaging drum. The infrared light from the lamp installed in the rotating drum also has a significant impact on improving the metabolic process during the massage. Such muscle relaxation can be performed several times a day for 3-5 minutes.

Now let's move on to the knee itself, which becomes stiff and immobilized due to injury, difficulty in extension, and pain. It turns out that using a oscillating vibrating platform and knee shaking promotes better blood circulation and increased oxygen supply. Moreover, micro vibrations improve the flexibility of the knee joint, eliminate swelling, and reposition the menisci correctly. Improvement can be felt after just one 15-minute session. Therefore, I encourage you to use both devices in case of knee injury and difficulty in extension. The rolling machine will relax and cleanse the muscles, while the vibrating platform will improve the knee joint function.

What I've written here is based on my own experiences related to my knee injury and the effects I achieved after using the rolling self-massage and oscillating vibration. I would be interested to hear about your experiences with knee pain and its consequences.
